This is a fitness class which utilises traditional ballet postures to help build strength throughout the body, but particularly the booty, calves and thighs.
This class will help you to feel stronger, as well as improving your posture and flexibility.
Plus you get to feel like a ballet dancer for 45 minutes!!
As with all of Sarah’s classes, there’s a big focus on having fun whilst working, with party vibes and great tunes.
