Mum & Baby Yoga, Tuesdays 10-11am

Join Tabitha upstairs in the lovely Waterhouse space at Westow House for a nourishing Mum & Baby yoga class to stretch and unwind your body, come back to you, and connect with your baby in a joyful and welcoming environment. We will stretch and strengthen with a focus on the pelvic floor and core muscles, ease out aches and pains and reduce tension. You will bond and communicate with your baby while enjoying postures that are beneficial for you both in a gentle and calming flow.

Following the yoga class there will be a private table downstairs in Westow House for anyone who would like to stay for drinks/snacks and a catch up. This is an opportunity to meet other mothers and come together to create a supportive and nurturing community of local families at a time when we need it most.
